All WHOOP memberships, including the 1 Month Free Trial, come with a lifetime warranty, 24/7 support, and access to the WHOOP App. However, the specific inclusions vary slightly by membership type:
- A WHOOP One membership includes a certified pre-owned WHOOP 4.0 device, wireless battery pack, and new Onyx SuperKnit band.
- A WHOOP Peak membership includes a WHOOP 5.0 Device, wireless PowerPack, and Obsidian SuperKnit band.
- A WHOOP Life membership includes a WHOOP MG Device, wireless PowerPack, and Obsidian with Titanium SuperKnit Luxe band.
- A WHOOP Peak Free Trial includes a certified pre-owned WHOOP 5.0 device, basic charger, and Jet Black CoreKnit band.
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time—whether that's from One to Peak, One to Life, or Peak to Life.
- When you upgrade, you'll pay a prorated amount for your new membership and immediately unlock its benefits.
- When upgrading from One to Peak or Life, you'll also receive a new 5.0 or MG device, depending on the tier you upgrade to.
You can also schedule a downgrade at any time, but it will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Downgrading means moving from Life to Peak, Life to One, or Peak to One. Once you schedule a downgrade, there's nothing else you need to do—you'll continue enjoying your current membership benefits until your renewal date, when your plan will automatically switch to the lower tier.
If you switch between WHOOP One, Peak, or Life, you generally don't need to return your device, as your current device will continue to work with your updated membership features. As a reminder, when you upgrade, you may be eligible to receive a new device, and you don't need to return your current device.

For those who want a more comprehensive view of their health and long-term performance, WHOOP Peak expands on WHOOP One with additional monitoring tools and longevity metrics. This tier is suited for individuals looking to not only optimize fitness but also track and improve their long-term health and resilience.
WHOOP Life
WHOOP Life offers the most in-depth health tracking, including medical-grade features that provide deeper insight into cardiovascular health and overall wellness. It is best for those who want the most advanced health data, including cardiovascular insights, to stay on top of their long-term health and wellness.
WHOOP Peak trials come with a certified pre-owned WHOOP 5.0 device and basic charger, as well as a brand-new band, all protected by our lifetime warranty. You will get all the benefits of a Peak membership. Free trials of One and Life memberships are not available at this time.
If WHOOP is not for you, just cancel and send your device and battery pack back for the cost of shipping €12. Once your trial ends, you'll automatically join a WHOOP Peak 12-month plan for €264 or choose monthly financing with a 1 year commitment. You can also join with a One or Life annual membership any time before your free trial ends.

- Before your trial ends, you can purchase a One or Life annual membership. You will be shipped an MG device if you choose Life
- After your trial ends, you'll automatically continue with a Peak annual membership for 239 $.
If you choose not to continue with WHOOP during your trial period, you'll need to send your WHOOP device and battery pack back for the cost of shipping 8,99 $. We will provide the mailing label to make things easy. You can easily request to end your trial and initiate this return at any point during your trial period.

You may also choose to use your own payment method and submit for reimbursement. To receive a reimbursement, please contact your provider for the processes and forms for submitting claims. An electronic receipt will be sent with your order confirmation email, which can be used for reimbursement through your FSA/HSA Provider.
